About

A sales funnel is a series of steps that leads a potential customer through the process of deciding to purchase a product or service. In this tutorial, we will be discussing how to build and optimize your sales funnel to ensure it is driving the maximum amount of revenue for your business.

Transcript

In this video, we're exploring the OneClick upsells and downsells feature, and how you can quickly

incorporate it into your checkout process. Our previous videos discussed the checkout process, and

now we'll show you how to add the one-click upsells and downsells.

Simply go to the funnel step of the checkout and click on the "add upsell or downsell" option. You

have the choice to add a page or a pop-up as an extra step after the checkout is complete.

Upselling is a valuable opportunity to increase revenue after the user has made their initial order. The

upsell can be presented as a page or a pop-up, and for this example, we'll show you how to create a

page.

You can choose from various design templates for upsells and, and customize the product you want to

upsell. So go ahead, select a design, and start customizing your upsells and downsells.

You can make your desired modifications in the upsell settings display.

We suggest offering a single product as an upsell. While there may be instances where multiple options

are suitable, we believe that having just one option is the more effective choice. Now choose the

product you wish to upsell.

For example, let's say you opt for the dummy product.

You can easily alter the button text to suit your needs. When a customer clicks the button, they will

instantly purchase the product, which will be added to their order and trigger a new email notification for

the additional purchase.

With the ability to override the price, you can offer special deals for your upsells. For example, if a

product is priced at a certain amount, you can simply click on the override option and adjust the price to

your desired fee. In this case, we'll change the price to $9 for the upsell, as it's a special offer for those

who have already completed their checkout.

Additionally, you can include a "No Thanks" option for the decline of the upsell order. Moreover, you

have the flexibility to display the buttons side-by-side or tag users. This feature is truly versatile and

convenient.

To easily tag users who have purchased an Upsell, simply add a tag called "Upsell". This will create the

tag and add it to the user who makes the purchase. The process is straightforward and requires just a

few clicks. Click on "Save" to ensure that your changes are saved.

You can then modify the texts, and fonts, or make changes to the page, such as changing the image to

better suit your needs. The flexibility allows you to customize your Upsell to your specific requirements.

With just one click, customers can easily purchase a product by clicking on the product button.

Having multiple upsell items is made even simpler. Simply go to Funnels and you can add as many

upsell as you desire, and they will appear in sequence.

Now, let's test this process and preview the checkout page.

Since we've already made a test purchase, the information is saved. Moving to the next step, select a

payment and complete the order.

As soon as the purchase is made, a pop-up appears automatically offering the opportunity to add

another product with just one click. By clicking "Buy the promo now," the new item is added to the order,

and we are redirected to the thank you page.

When we click this button, will be directed to the customer profile. Here, we can see that the main

product, the subscription, has been added to the new order. With the upsell, we have added a physical

product to the order for an additional $9 purchase. The overall total of the order comes to $28, a

combination of both the upsell and the original purchase. It's that simple.

In addition, the customer has new subscriptions, as we have just added one to their profile.

The funnel provides exciting features, including the ease of adding upsells and down sales. Another

great aspect is the ability to view sales analytics, including the new orders and subscriptions we have

obtained from the latest test. All the sold products can also be viewed, including the recent $9 upsell.

All of this information can be accessed and viewed within the funnel, making it easily accessible at any

time.

In the checkout step, you'll notice a purchase is being made. We've already completed a purchase.

However, you may notice that the statistics for View or Visitors show a zero count. This is because

when previewing a funnel, this view does not count as an actual visit to the URL.

To avoid any confusion with your funnel statistics, we've designed it this way. The actual visits to the

URL of your funnel will still be tracked accurately. This feature has been implemented for your

convenience. That's it! With just one click, we created our first upsell and tracked the necessary

information. I hope you find this process simple.
